    International Orders:
    We ship products worldwide via express, insured service. However, all orders from outside the United States or Canada must be paid by Wire Transfer. If you wish to order an item from outside the United States or Canada, please send us an email requesting Wire Transfer instructions.

    1. We do not accept credit cards that are issued by banks outside the United States or Canada for mail, phone, or internet purchases, and
    2. We will not ship credit card orders outside the United States or Canada.

    Pricing and Price Matching:
    All offers will be graciously considered, and we will make every attempt to match any legitimate quote. One great way to get a lower price on any of our products is to pay by Wire Transfer. We will give an extra 3-5% discount on all orders paid with a Wire Transfer. Due to rapidly changing wholesale and retail prices, as well as currency fluctuations, all prices are subject to change.

    Some websites may appear to be selling the same products as we at lower prices. However, many lower priced websites are either selling watches with Filed Off Serial Numbers or are Foreign Companies based outside the United States:

    • Filed Off Serial Numbers: Many prominent watch discounters polish the serial numbers off the watches they sell and do not provide a dealer stamped warranty certificate. Often, you must read deep into their fine print, or directly ask them, to determine if they are selling watches with filed off serial numbers. This practice is generally done to conceal the identity of the dealers from whom they obtain their watches. Watches that have had their serial numbers removed usually have a lower resale value and may be difficult or impossible to insure. In addition, most watch manufacturers will NEVER service or repair a watch that has had its serial numbers removed, even if you are willing to pay for the work outside of warranty. We sells only perfect product with serial numbers intact, and wherever possible, a dealer stamped warranty certificate.
    • Foreign Companies: Many companies try to look like they are U.S. companies by placing FedEx logos or American flags on their web sites when they are, in fact, located overseas. Below are some of the problems U.S. consumers may face if they purchase products from outside the U.S.:
      • U.S. Customs, Duties, & Importation Restrictions: All products shipped into the United States from a foreign country must pass through U.S. Customs, and you, as the recipient, are considered the importer, and are responsible for the shipment and the payment all applicable duties. Watch duties are based upon a complex formula that varies depending on the watch style or configuration and may be as much as 10% of the value of the watch. This "regulatory clearance" process usually causes packages to be delayed, even when shipped by overnight or express services. In addition, some watch brands may only be imported by certain companies and will be seized by the government if mailed from outside the U.S. to an individual.
      • Additional Fees, Surcharges, & Currency Conversion: Some overseas companies charge a credit card processing fee of up to 5% of the purchase price. In addition, your credit card may be charged in a foreign currency rather than U.S. dollars. Many credit card companies now charge currency conversion fees for these foreign transactions.
      • Fraud & Lack of Consumer Protection: Because foreign companies are not bound by U.S. laws, you are placing yourself at a greater risk for fraud when purchasing products or providing personal credit card information to companies outside the U.S. In addition, if you are the victim of fraud, you may have no legal recourse to recoup your loss.
      • Returns & Exchanges: It may be difficult or impossible to return products that have been purchased from overseas.

    Privacy:
    Any information gathered by us is used solely to fulfill your order. We do not share any information that you provide to us with any one else except as necessary to directly fill your order.
    (This Privacy Policy does not apply to the manufacturer of the products we sell, their distributor(s), and/or any person acting on behalf or representing of any of these entities in any manner. Specifically, we reserve the right to use and/or share the information provided to us by 'manufacturer shoppers' for commercial purposes.)

    Return and Order Cancellation:

  • A return authorization is required prior to returning any merchandise.
  • Return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
  • Exchanges receive 100% credit towards a future purchase unless the product is a special order item.
  • All refunds, straight returns, and order cancellations will be subject to a 9% restocking fee. No Exceptions. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns and exchanges are not permitted, and will be refused, if the item has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way (including sizing or the removal of links).
  • Special order items are not returnable and deposits for special orders are not refundable (Note: All products priced $7,000 or higher are considered special order).
  • Charges and payments for watch repairs or servicing are for the work performed and are not refundable. If you have any problems with any service or repair work, we will correct the problem within one year from the date of service.
  • Please Note: Purchases made by the product manufacturer, distributor, or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities in any manner, are NOT returnable for any reason.
  • Our products are shipped with full insurance coverage. By entering into a purchase agreement with us, the customer agrees that in the event of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be compensated by the insurance claim process and the customer agrees not to perform a credit card chargeback to recover such a loss. The customer also agrees to assume all liability for loss or damage during shipment if there is a 'Signature Release' of any kind on file for the delivery address.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order. The contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we have charged your credit card.

    Security and Fraud:

    1. All transactions are processed on a secure server to ensure security.
    2. All credit card transactions are thoroughly reviewed by a credit card security specialist for fraud indicators prior to processing the credit card.
    3. Any orders that have one or more "potential fraud indicators" may be canceled, without notice, at our discretion.
    4. All potential fraud indicators are immediately reported to the appropriate credit card issuing bank for further investigation.
    5. If your order contains any unusual circumstances that may be considered a fraud indicator, we strongly recommend that you contact us by phone to prevent delays or cancellation of your order.

    Serial Numbers:
    While many other internet companies sell products that have had their serial numbers polished out, it is our strict company policy to sell only perfect product with serial numbers intact, and whenever possible or applicable, a dealer stamped warranty certificate. (This applies only to products that have manufacturer serial numbers.)

    Warranty:
    All time pieces purchased from us come with a full coverage 2-year warranty. We will provide dealer stamped warranty paper work with your purchase whenever possible or applicable. However, because we are not a manufacturer authorized dealer for many of the products we sell, the manufacturer may or may not honor their original warranty. If you are unable to obtain warranty service directly from the manufacturer within 2 years of the original date of purchase, we will repair your product either through the authorized dealer that originally supplied the product or through our service center. All watches are subject to prior sale.

    Wire Transfer:
    A Bank Wire Transfer is a specific type of electronic funds transfer where your bank "Wires" money directly into our bank account. On high dollar value purchases, we offer an extra discount to customers willing to pay by Bank Wire Transfer because it is less expensive for us to process than credit card payments. To take advantage of our Bank Wire Transfer payment program:

    1. Send us an email or phone us requesting Bank Wire Transfer instructions. Include the product you wish to purchase and the "Ship to" city, so we may accurately quote any shipping and insurance charges.
    2. We will reply with a price quote, product availability, and the information required by your bank to initiate the Wire Transfer.
    3. Once we confirm the Bank Wire Transfer has been deposited into our account, we will ship your product and provide you with shipment tracking information.
    Note: A "Bank Wire Transfer" is a specific type of electronic payment. No other type of payment (including any other form of electronic bank payment) qualifies for the special terms or discounts described above.
